If one approaches the events from quantum physics, then one realizes very fast that things (particles) begin to exist only by observation. This means that things only come into being when we look at them. What we do not observe, therefore, does not exist yet, is still in the superposition (or unknown). Of course, matter (on our earth) observes each other, therefore matters somehow "exists", but this must not necessarily apply to our consciousness, whatever that is: consciousness. We create things by recognizing, create new truths or revelations by making connections where none existed before. Quantum theory can be used to explain a lot to my opinion.

Does that mean ignoring and no longer observing what exists can make it not exist? Sounds great to me.
