I do this..not every day currently...maybe I should??? In the summer I do more often (always be a barefoot girl at heart โฅ) I started after I got my infection and learning about energy from crystals...I like the concept...going barefoot for me is second nature...I am always, other than winter months, barefoot around the house..and was ALWAYS grounded as a lil girl..lol (I was always barefoot and in trees) Now only when it isn't cold outside...well not the tree part...lol

If it was actually warm out, I'd go do that right now. It'd probably help with aches and pains I have from work and surgery

cool! Yeah, and it's snowing today ๐ I get burnt out from the long winter season. Only once did I took my slippers off at work and stood on the cold cement because my feet were burning so bad. People though I was nuts. Little do they know they would do the same thing. (Only wore slippers once because of the pain and burning at work) felt like a walmart weirdo ๐๐๐

This video has a good example of how body voltage is affected by grounding/earthing

Interesting! Ashima took the words right out of my mouth! But I have a difficult time with going barefoot. My feet are very sensitive, plus I like to keep them clean. I mean, clean earth, sand and dirt is one thing, but whatever else gets dumped outside, um, no thank you. I like my shoes.
But I really respect this and have engaged with other barefooters in the past. You do you! Peace!

Hahaha...I don't go barefoot, only inside the house and out to the pool, yard or grass area...and I mostly wear sandals then take them off when I get to said areas...no thanks, I would never go barefoot out to the store, or parking lots etc...I did when a child around my neighborhood, but wouldn't do that now...LOL...yeah too dirty and would burn my feet here in the desert

Crusty calloused feet happen when being barefoot too much around town.
Ever seen the video of some dude getting his feet shaved with a knife? A dog comes in and starts eating the shaved skin ๐คข๐จ

somebody out there will laugh but I've opened myself up to crystals and gemstones and I do feel like there's an effect. I've had some experiences....
