Yes! I love the X-Men, and Psylocke has always been one of my fav's I used to be a big X-Men fan (I'm a nerd and lover of comic books). I have almost a complete run of the first Uncanny series (almost all 500+ issues). I don't know, my interest waited over the last couple of years. It's all Wolverine now, my least favorite character. I've moved on to Batman, haha |

I'm a big comic book fan too, though I stopped buying them because they just got too pricey. That's amazing you have almost the complete run of the first Uncanny series! Man, I wish I had a collection that vast. My X-Men collection is a smattering of stuff from the early 90's, and then from 2000-2006, a 2 year gap while I was out of the country, and then 2008-probably 2010 or so. I agree about Wolverine. He is so over-used, and it has kind of killed the character and made him a bit of a parody of himself. I think he's excellent when he's in his element and he isn't being over-used, but his over-exposure has made him kind of uninteresting. They're gonna kill him off this year though...at least for awhile. You know how it goes.
Batman is awesome too. A great variety of characters to choose from. If I were to get into buying comics again, Batman would definitely be on my list.

Yea...I've basically switched to DC entirely except for a couple of Marvel books. Marvel is overpriced. Well, DC is too, but Marvel seems more so. Nice to know there are other SP fans who are nerdy as me tho |

Oh yeah, Marvel is definitely over-priced. It's a big part of why I had to stop buying. I appreciated the "Drawing the line at $2.99" thing from DC though...but still, I remember when I was getting comics for much cheaper. Maybe it has something to do with inflation, I dunno. But getting me to pay more than $3 for a comic book, on a regular basis, is starting to push it. There's so many to buy and the money adds up quick. And yeah, I agree! Always great to come across another comic book fan, especially one who is into SP as well |
