STRESS!!! was right in the middle of negotiations on house and the seller decides to take it off the market!!!  WTF who does that??? Now the buyer of my home has to wait, and God Bless his heart he is going to give me a chance to find another home...Now I have to start the home search all over  UGH!!! |

oh and some of them were upset that the agent found them a buyer in only six days. they were like, "what, i didn't know it was going to happen so fast." so then they'd back-pedal and say they didn't want to sell or say, "well, if you were able to find a buyer who is willing to pay X amount of cash in just 6 days, then i think we should raise the price of the house so i can get more money." all this while the agent has already put lots of time into setting up an open house & making phone calls and stuff.

So seriously bored today. Been sleeping eating and smoking cigarettes while waiting for things to crawl along. Not interested in much these days so nothing to do. Dont even like to watch television. So much stuff crammed into my parents house that no room is comfortable to sit in. Could go for a walk, and do, but that gets old quick. Still, very thankful for everything.

I don't! We had the coldest winter Ive ever experienced last year plus the winter before that lasted a long time. It's been pleasant so far here!
