In regards to the work of the Master Therion:
Only those with no faith in reason, or Order should adopt this philosophy. Only those that believe self gratification is the True Will of God should participate. Only those that seek to invent out of obscure Wisdom defying methods that contradict security would try this. The odds of success are very low unless you know what your tools are: what you are defying, and why. It is fine to mix chemicals to see what occurs, but without knowing what can be designed, or what already has been discovered, all you are doing is causing havoc. If you choose to do these things, be scientific. Put forth your desire first, and then pursue with zeal the fruit of that want. Is it responsible? Not likely, but ohh how it will be gratifying

The 4 Truths of Man as I can see as a crossroads of action is Dominance (strength) Kindness (Love) Liberty (Freedom) and Duty (expectations). These are the four corners that a solid Wisdom faith can be built upon. The simple Truth is not to offend someone elses freedom with anger or control, and to satisfy their expectations. That is not the leader-role in pioneering new territory. To be a pioneer, we need to take risks, and we will want to take the lead, and that is where dominance that is fair comes in. People will sacrifice their liberty and tolerate force if its a Good cause

The puzzle of the Gods! Will you betray duty for Desire? Beauty for duty?

It is a dark and cold night outside my second story window. As I lay here grappling to be at peace with inner silence because I am being forced to recognize how ultimately isolated and alone life is, I hear the wind push crystallized snow against my window pane. I imagine standing outside, in the light of the dark moon, wind tightening my skin and ice brushing against my face. I feel the cold silence of life as I lay in my warm bed, but I know that the cold silence of nature is even more dangerous to my heart, and so I mentally send my spiritual thanks to the Gods and Man that have fought so hard to provide us with shelter, heat and light.
Acknowledging this silence is my strength and my horror. I know that i could pursue the threads of meaning in activity, and occupy the silence with talk of ideas or observations, but always, I will find myself back in this bed- listening to the wild as it fails to see my heart the same way that all living things cannot see what isn't theirs.
I find courage in knowing this, because it is something that we are all forced to admit, but ignore just the same, and though this ignorance is madness, I will not allow it to destroy my Love, for Love is the True fire in this cold realm, and it is the fuel from my burning that animates me.
Your Will should be to find Truth and to Love it. The Truth is Love, and Love is beauty- duty can be neither, and Law can be unjust.

I am an initiate for sure, but am I an adept? That depends on whether you think I have mastery over a system, and whether you think that system works. As far as other Masters go- there are many in the history of the world, but much of them chose to denounce it, to gain control over it by denying it its power. In my view, a Master is someone that can make what they desire become reality. In some ways the denial Masters have succeeded in making their vision work, but in a material world with the need for wealth and security; in a world of Desire, where one would assume that satisfying those desires is something to attain, our Masters would be entrepreneurs, or perhaps scientists, not philosophers. Someone that won all the respect and power and wealth to secure a Good life of satisfaction. There is a certain mastery of a form of system, and of my degree of capability I can not be certain, for the system that I studied most has no actual recognizable desired outcome, except to conquer its wild ways. All other uses of it are more material, I suspect, or based on getting desires met- something that I had already accomplished in my 20s. As an initiate, I am privy to witness things that defy reason, or science. I have first hand knowledge of other beings, and a technology that is far above our own. Are they aliens? I dont think they are alien, but are they apparent? Not to the eyes. Its God- the invisible overseer that probably has His finger in every pie.

Thelema is the opportunity to utilize the power and force of Chaos in order to re-imagine the order that exists. As is known, the way to do this is to understand first the perfect form and what it represents, then you can abstract it and reform it, because you understand the tools and results that you are working with and for. In spirituality, it is one thing to look around you and say "This is not perfect" but to believe that it is to be perfectly what has been decided perfect to be is false, for the world of Chaos infects all parts of the vision. Better to examine the perfect that is presented and try to attain that first, than to imagine that the partial success needs to lead to tearing down the entire structure.
And so my dear alchemists, I ask you: what is your vision of perfect? Do you think there is one that, at least at one point in all of our lives, we could agree to be Good? I believe that there is. I understand the compromises we make for the failure of the Good, and decide that the thing that it becomes is itself Good, but in order to know this, we have to measure the result on ourselves and on others. That is where you establish that health and wealth and longevity and security are Goods that we can all agree on. Regardless of whether you have chosen to appreciate the pleasure of pain, most people would disagree, and you yourself probably would rather have avoided that conclusion at one time. The deterioration of the Good that I have set forth will lead to annihilation- it might produce something useful to some, but the end would be a society of demons.
There is such a thing as Evil, and the answer to defeating Evil is not to become Evil.

I am deciding that Crowleys physics is simple: I exist to choose. His Law of Thelema means that my Will is the Law. The whole point of creation (if it was created, or not) is for me to choose and to act. This is inherently True, for I must act. I have been promoting what those actions might need to be. Considering that this is still a land of consequence, we have to honor SOMETHING. That is a good point to begin when deciding right action. Crowley will dispute that there is such a thing, but any Man that is hungry will tell you what they will do next. I understand that a poet wants to be willful and lust after their desires, and that is what he is trying to create; a people of passion. He, like Nietzsche, believe that Man is meant to pursue their wants, and yes, getting satisfaction from a job well done, or from acquiring a desire is a great feeling that can sustain us for a long time. However, this sometimes contradicts reasonable behavior in regards to the aforementioned hunger. When you enlarge this to a global scale of survival, the fact that we are all interwoven and rely upon one another, it is easy to see where the other traditions get their Laws.

It doesnt matter if the Universe is accidental, or non intellectual- what matters is that Man IS animated, and that Man will suffer from cause and effect, and that is what should be the basis for reasoning out action. We will never know if this is an accident, or if it was planned, the same as we will never know if there is a God and if there is, who created that God. The fact remains; cause and effect- consequences.

This began (so far as we pay attention) with the idea that there is One Thing, and if there is One Thing, then there is One Way, but now Man has to concede that there may not be One Thing as that Atomists suggest; it may be an infinite number of things, all eternal. Surely nothing impermanent is permanent, and everything that is, is- but some things will join for a time and become something new, and in that sense they are wrong; some things are created- and, potentially, some of those temporary unions might become a permanent compound, we do not know- though still, there must have been a finite amount initially. In the end, we have to admit that Man is a malleable creature, that simply does not "know" the "right" choice always, and so, Man is meant to do many things, just as varied, possibly, as the amount of finite things exist.

I support Thelema not because it supports Evil actions, which it does- I support it because I would rather know that such Evil is possible, so as to fight against it. This Law does allow for tyranny, and it requires us to fight that power, should that be our Will. I believe that Man wants to create- that is my interpretation of what Nietzsche speaks of; Man wants to make their world something Good, and my Good is a safe place for Love to prevail, I know this is not the same for all of us. I choose to define Good so that we can all live in harmony. We wont, because there will be others that will defy my idea of Good, unless it is so perfect that none dispute it. Still, someone, somewhere, has the potential to be Evil, thanks to this Law of the Strong. This comes from observing Chaos, and the doubt that we are "meant" to do anything in any certain way. As I say, we need to disregard this possibility, and decide that we must agree, for our own sake, until the day we conquer disease, death, the elements, and hunger- then, when there is no consequence to obey, we truly can Do What We Wilt. And that is why Man is pursuing the defeat of these things: so that we can become God.

Without the children of Chaos, there would be nothing new. Is there a static finite? Perhaps, but in that stationary place there is no life, although perhaps there is the opportunity to observe the fire dancers. (Heaven).
