I've lost weight during quarantine Seems most people gained. Did you get sick or did you just hardcore quarantine and not go out to get many groceries?

Finally back on it again. Going through the initial 3-7 day "keto flu" phase where you feel like crap as you starve your body of the sugar and carbs it's used to.
I'm basically too drained of energy to even cook anything decent. I feel like I could just lie down and die, haha. I meant to prepare breakfast for today last night but was just too out of it. So it looks like it will just be some meat and cheese from the Publix across the street (I'm at work today).
The silver lining of all of this though is that once you've committed and you're on it, all of the discomfort you went thru helps you stay on it. At least for me. Because I think, "I'm not going to have gone through all of that for nothing, and I sure as hell don't want to go through that again."
Once I get past this phase and really start getting in the groove of eating healthy and well, it's all good. This is the toughest part.
Edit: Had salami, cheese, and 2 hard boiled eggs. I feel better already. Whew.

I bought an egg cooker to make poached eggs and hard boiled eggs (yes, I know I can do that on the stove & have until the egg cooker came into my house) I NEED to cut sugar and carbs, I just personally don't have the daily discipline for such within me. I fail on that. Think I'm gonna say no to a cookie, brownien or dessert? Bread, pizza? Nope. Had a cookie already

I give up on my weight. Im in bed most of the time and I eat so little as it is. I dont think I will lose any weight unless I get active, and I dont see that happening.

There is definitely a very real danger that once I get back to eating "normal" that the weight would just come back, out of wanting to gorge myself on carbs and sugar after so long and not learning how to balance them in with other healthy eating habits. However, I really want to lose weight as quickly as possible. And I feel this is the best way to get that done. And I know my relationship with certain types of foods has to change, permanently. For example, sugary sodas. That's really been my main addiction. In fact, I'd say my relationship with sugar, in general, should change. Not that I'm a big dessert eater anyway. Anyway, we'll just have to see how this goes. I know this is part of a larger transformation that has to occur. But anyway, I've lost 4 pounds since I've started so whoohoo.

The sugar and carbs aren't good for my digestive tract but that calories are great for the amount of calories being burned at work.

Everything bagel, cream cheese (not a lot), hardboiled egg mashed on top and add mini cucumbers chopped. It tastes sooo good!

Okay, so I'm back on the keto wagon after falling off for....quite some time, hahaha.
But this time I'm actually doing this with some professional medical help. Part of a program. Taking special vitamins. Getting special shots.
I've lost 10 pounds in 10 days, woo!
