lol, if by gatekeeper you mean someone that controls him, or the information that comes from him, I don't think I'd say Linda fits that role. She is certainly a mouthpiece at times and helps spread word, but I think if Billy wants to talk and say something, he will do it. When I think of Gate Keeper, I think of someone who has a controlling role, someone who is over him in some way. Like a company or a legal contract that binds him from saying certain things, or that will suppress his music/message.

I'd say the media in general has been a sort of Gate Keeper for Billy from the very beginning, inasmuch as they attempt to create and control a narrative for him. Not that that's what he wants.
