Happy Friday all! Today, as it’s yet another very cold, dark and gloomy but dry day outside, just playing some games on my Wii before hitting the bed tonight.

Happy weekend all! How are you? Today, I’ve just had leftover pizza with spring rolls and lemon iced tea for lunch. Tonight, just relaxing online before hitting the sack.

Its strange... every three or four days, after sleeping all day and night, having gotten up every couple of hours to smoke a cigarette and decide if I can stay awake, I finally do stay awake and, after being awake for a few hours, find myself with the strength and will to go somewhere. Usually though its late in the evening and theres nowhere to go. Still, I find this helpful, hoping that it continues so I can want to go someplace.

Hello morning all! How are you? This morning, I’ve just had my 3 hours weekly therapy session both online and by phone. The afternoon, I’m indeed way too exhausted to do anything else but rest in bed before heading the sack tonight.

Howdy sup there! How are ye all doing today? Today, since it’s an unusually hot and humid day outside, currently feeling like 21C and the heat wave will be continuing till tomorrow, just re-watching the movie “Avatar 1” on Disney plus before heading to sleep tonight.
