List things that you've learned in life. Doesn't have to be all at once.
Here are some:
1.) Stop worrying about stuff. You spend all your energy worrying about things and then have no energy to actually get it done. Just start it and then the urge to worry will fade away.
2.) Motivation is fleeting and temporary. Occasionally it will come through some kind of inspiration, but usually it comes as the result of action being taken. When you take action and see results, the motivation automatically comes to keep it going. It is most often the result of action. So if you want to continually be motivated - you need to keep taking action, keep moving, and don't allow yourself to get stagnant.
3.) Sometimes the best intentions will not only fall flat, but blow up in your face, because another person involved did NOT have the best intentions. Therefore, realize that 1 - you can't control people and 2 - it takes 2 people with the same intent and goal to successfully make progress on something together. 1 person can't do it for everyone.

Ive learned that the world and life is fire, form, measurement, matter and fuel. Know these things and you will find work to do. Life is also about duty and desire, and the things we do for them. We are players in the drama of a devouring Universe, where we feel joy and sorrow, and all the emotions that they bring.

Children are beautiful and are a treasure. We should be more like them (in all the best ways, of course...innocent, open, full of love, believing and faithful, full of optimism, curiosity and a thirst for discovery.)
