Either it was prerecorded or he did a live video. Either way he's always making videos and in some cases photos. He made a video the other day and then it got deleted, he was looking coked up. It's definitely not typical actions of war (videos, photos, cocaine) more like a Hollywood life, which ironically he is/was an actor. So to me he's being used to distract everyone from what's really going on.
We need to quit funding this war. It's all a part of the great reset. It's deliberate
