thanks... um yeah the vinegar is pretty strong, but it does remove toxins from your body...just have a glass of cold water ready to guzzle right after, it will help  |

tea with lemon slice and water with lemons,vitamin c, and some raw garlic today. I think I've gained 5% on the feel better chart, but that can all change when I go to work and become rundown there like last night.

no, there isn't much I can do on short notice, and my boss is out of town :/ plus got a few days off next week instead coming which is much better than taking sick day off
it's all good. I'm a tough cookie, until I come home after work and lay in bed like I've been hit by a bus. been busy doing something all day which already sucked my energy, thank god for music though!

indeed, but I have to not be sick then! but I am kind of gross in the morning and at night and feeling better during the day, so I've gained maybe 10% better today. slowly getting there, but I still smell pancakes! |
