Are being distributed for extreme cases of strep/tonsillitis. Although it has a side effect of an antibiotic not being effective
But it manages to help the sore throat pain go away very quickly. Still, seems to be a very bizarre choice of prescribing when not knowing what the exact problem is.

I would rather suffer a few days with a sore throat than take a steroid to get rid of it quicker...most colds/flu's take days to get over anyway...medicines don't help it go away, just help with some of the symptoms...warm salt water helps the inflammation also... I am just one who takes as little synthetic medications as possible...I understand that sometimes one will need antibiotics if they have a severe infection, but just for cold and flu, antibiotics aren't needed anyway...antibiotics should only be used for bacterial infections... I never get flu shots...and so far have not gotten the flu...yet everyone I know who gets flu shots gets sick...then the Dr's say "well it was a different strain of the flu" For Dr's to start wanting to give people steroids for common sore throats is pretty alarming...IMO

I agree! Funny you mention salt water, but baking soda water helps tremendously as well.

So does apple cider vinegar...ACV actually works the fastest and the best for it kills the infection/bacteria

Yeah, but acv actually has made the acid reflux hurt even more with some people. Also, naproxin agitate it too. Sometimes things just don't work well for everyone

Yes, true sometimes it's a hit or a miss in regards to things working for people...funny you mentioned acid reflux, ACV does not work right away on acid reflux, but has been known to start working after a few weeks...

Yeah, I've heard that before from the narcisstic sociopath guy. Funny how someone can be knowledgeable with health, but not give a damn about the mental health of others and deliberately put people through hell and cause ptsd from his bullshit. Crazy!
