300 ml of water and 5 bay leaves minced. Boil in a pan (ceramic) for 5 minutes. Place mixture in a thermos in the fridge. Drink it throughout the day for 3 days, making a new batch each evening. Wait 7 days, do it again for 3. Do this for 2 months. Supposedly it's supposed to help remove excess salt in your body and make a difference in your bunions.

Sounds like witches brew I don't have bunions, but if I ever do, I will try โฅ Does this concoction work only for bunions??? you said it removes salt from the body, so would it also work for water retention???

I don't have the link handy anymore, but I was thinking the same thing regarding water retention.
