In my opinion, we cannot rebuild at new from an emotional crack in our childhood. Maybe if the person causing it make serious amends or is able to modify the comportment, it could be but not without that.
We can, on the other hand, learn to live with. Knowing where our emotions and comportments come from, having people understanding where we come from and able to act in a good way in response.

Maybe you could pass that info along to others? I've tried. Sometimes people require hearing it from others. Kinda funny how that is. Then you think wtf, i mentioned that how many times and here comes joeblow to mention it and it's understood and taken in to consideration.
