Sent that link to someine I know who has said they havent found a good yoga place yet. Which had me thinking why cant that person do it in the comfort of their own home? I even offered to do yoga with the person. *shrugs* Maybe the person doesnt have yoga pants (kidding) shorts are ok too!

Not sure if the person still has depression these days though, possibly. I would totally go yoga with the person! In home or, hell even outside (not in winter though)

Probably needs pink noise listening too. With all this said, I have faith the person will find a yoga buddy, a pink noise buddy, a friend to accompany their life. Best of luck!

It makes your body feel good though. Relieves some muscle tensions. Stretches them out. Yep, enjoyable when you cant afford massage therapy.

Haha...I didn't say yoga doesn't make people feel good...I'm sure it does, for they wouldn't do it if it didn't...

I also don't subcribe to the practice of detachment...we are nothing but attached...we are attached to everything...our thoughts, hearts, emotions, creativity, life...can learn how to deal with emotions, anxieties etc...or how to overcome certain things, but we are always attached...

Yeah, that ive noticed. Doesnt mean attachment is constant. Like you dont follow someone everywhere and do everything with a person 24/7 Or need an item with you at all times.

I believe this is true...and some attachments are stronger than others... I also believe while we are attached to all, we are also on our own individual paths (make our own choices/decisions, learn our own individual lessons, have our own individual experiences have you)
