Transgender bathroom rights

I dont know why we just dont have unisex bathrooms.  What is the issue here, that men and women will have sex in there or what?

If its really necessary to segregate men and women from using the toilet together, then I dont see why a transgender person needs the right to use the bathroom of the opposite sex.  Until the courts say that when you cut off or reconfigure your genitalia to appear as that of the opposite sex as being the opposite sex (this should never happen, btw) then they have no right to use said bathrooms.  This whole things is so fucking ridiculous.

If this is such a dramatic issue, then maybe the government can be dicks and create a 3rd bathroom label. Hell, might as well make a 4th for children only.
Why should adults be subject to using the same bathroom as children?
Surprised that hasnt already happened.
The only complaint i hear has been "because a false transgender might look at women.
Ok, what about pedophiles checking out kids in the bathroom. Not all children use the bathroom with their parent.
This is getting so chaotic.
Unisex bathrooms makes sense.

I think the issue is that some men (mostly) would pose as transgender just to have access to children in bathrooms.. something I had read...We have unisex bathroom all over California too, but they are mostly single use...if you go to places like amusement parks or movie theaters, they are multiple stalls...multiple stall bathrooms are more likely to be used in places where many children would be using them...

I would think if a transgender guy who looks female used the women's bathroom, more than likely no one would even know...I think however it would be more an issue for a female who identifies as male and uses the men's room...for sometimes men's rooms have more urinals as opposed to stalls...

Urinals are weird.
Bunch of men pissing together is more bizzare than when a group of women all go to the bathroom. They arent pissing together. There is privacy still.
But the urinal..... strangers pissing, maybe guy friends piss together too?
maybe its fun to piss with your fellow man?
