Im going gluten free.
It's going to be very difficult for me, but too many symptoms point to gluten intolerance.
My skin burns with these hives and that was the icing on the cake realization of the hell my body has been going through since October.

Lack of sleep, getting sick last night work (too busy for me today) and not eating much has me wiped out today. Couldnt eat much due to feeling sick. Just want to sleep!

And if you care to know, I'm on a diet too. Not the same kind though. Mine is for cutting weight. So, go for a walk.

All things I do for years generally so it's no so easy to lose weight. Question of patience and to change the "generally" for "all the time".

I ate wheat yesterday and so far no problems! It is very possible i had THAT MUCH stress going on plus the flu. Yikes! I am feeling better even after the home break in. Cant let all that own me!

I did eat a lot of mushrooms before my hives breakout. Maybe my body was tripping out giving me hives. Nah, i really think it was stress related plus the flu.

I'm gluten free (intolerant i guess). But we've had pizza the last two weekends. Digestion was fine. It still causes inflammation, which is painful. But...it's progress I'd say! But yes, so generally I stick to gluten free. I need to get some more GF bagels and sandwich bread. This stuff is good. And you're right! You need to cut out sugar. Gah, stupid gluten free cookies still have sugar...but they're soo good. Nom nom nom!

yeah, it's pricey stuff, but with cutting other things out and primarily eating at home, it really sortof evens out (kinda hehe) yeah, i mean, just load up on vegetables and some fruits and you don't eat so much of other stuff. (maybe )
