A smoothie i bought has wheatgrass in it. I assume that is bad for gluten free diets? Going to stay off wheat products since o still have managed to have all the symptoms of a wheat allergy. Still seeing the doctor though.

I am starting to wonder if I am becoming gluten intolerant. I have these muffins and doughnuts that I cant eat because they cause a burning in my esophagus and stomach. For awhile now I have also been having these random mosquito bites appear when Ive been inside all day. I usually get two or three when it happens and they look and feel just like skeeter bites, and Im wondering if its something I eat or what?

This is odd. i'm sure i had actual bites, but i was having odd ones, like new kinds and/or they itched and hurt much worse. idk General inflammation is my problem. Supposed to cut, gluten, dairy, sugar and deepfried stuff. uhhh, but i mean, it helped! but i also take probiotics. seems like i can skip them some days now though, but im still probably pretty reliant. Go see a doctor. get checked out to rule stuff out. Try a homeopathic doc if you can find one.

You might want to see a doctor regarding those bites.
Process of elimination. Cut out wheat/gluten and see how that goes.

Alright I have eaten enough wheat over the weekend, bloated and feel nauseated. So, I am gonna cut it out again to see how I feel. Might as well since that is a commin denominator in many of the things I ate this past week. This all is becoming a freaking pain in the ass (not physically lol)
