Walking didnt help it. Didnt try the tea, i was too tired, woke up 3 times last night and had the headache. That was stress related, definitely.

I worked yesterday and it was so funny, joking and laughing with others. I felt so good. It's surely something to feel better. I would say to find people giving you joy is a must.

Work has its good moments. But those moments also provide a few to continue to slack due to enjoying socializing and allowing that to stop them from working often, which creates problems at work.

Do you feel better?
I don't have headache alot but when I was stressed and I was alot during many years, I really enjoyed massages. It was really helping to distress myself.
