The Abraham Hicks Theory or 17/68 second rule, claims that a "thought" takes 17 seconds of focus to reach it's manifestation/combustion point...17 seconds of focus changes your vibrational field/frequency...if you can add a subsequent 17 seconds, your thought will become even more powerful (energy wise) and if you can keep adding 17 seconds until you reach 68 seconds of pure thought, you have the best chance of manifesting that thought physically...

Writing 68 seconds isn't really much time.
The issue is when you have 100% confusion about something, then writing about it doesn't seem likely to bring any sort of clarity.

I think it's meant more in a way of "planting a seed" not as in trying to figure out what you are confused about, but more in what you want to achieve or bring forth in your life...

Speaking of energy...I went to Calico Ghost town a few days ago, they have an old Cemetery there and while visiting the Cemetery, I happened upon one burial site that when I walked past it, I got goose bumps and felt a real cold wave of static electricity...I even stopped and walked back by to see if I would feel it again, and sure enough I did  I kept walking back and forth through it feeling a charge every time I hit a certain spot...this was the only spot in the whole cemetery that I had this experience and there were quite a few burial sites... |

I have a deck of angel cards. Sorta like Tarot. Anyways, I decided to pick them up today, shuffled the deck while listening to Tame Impala. Not much going through my mind while shuffling (my thought was "I don't even know") The card I flip over was ideas and inspiration. Looked up what that card was.
